Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes. We offer free delivery within Beirut city limits, and scheduled delivery to all regions of Lebanon for a small additional fee calculated at checkout or over WhatsApp.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces (custom upholstery, sizing, or finishes) are final sale unless defective.
Do you offer custom furniture orders?
Yes. Many of our pieces can be customized in size, wood finish, or upholstery fabric. Message us on WhatsApp or visit the showroom to discuss a custom order.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with solid oak, beech, and walnut, alongside natural marble, brass hardware, and responsibly sourced upholstery textiles including linen, bouclé, and leather.
Is assembly included?
Larger pieces such as beds, wardrobes, and dining tables include white-glove delivery with full assembly in your home. Smaller accessories arrive ready to use.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces range from 3–8 weeks depending on the item; exact timing is listed on each product page.
Do you offer a warranty?
All furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Whish, and OMT, along with major bank transfers. Payment details are confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp or in-showroom.
